Product Overview
SZG double-cone vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying equipment developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology. The double-cone vacuum adopts belt-chain two elastic connection mode, so the equipment runs smoothly. The specially designed process fully embodies the good concentricity of the two axles. Reliable mechanical seals or rotary joints of American technology are used in both heat medium and vacuum systems. On this basis, we developed SZG-A which can not only stepless speed regulation, but also constant temperature control.
As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, our products range from high temperature heat conducting oil to heat medium, medium temperature steam and low temperature hot water. When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design "sheet-reading" mechanism or set balls for you in the tank.
Working principle
◎Thermal energy (such as hot water, low pressure steam or heat conducting oil) is introduced into the sealed interlayer, and heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell.
◎Driven by power, the tank rotates slowly and the materials in the tank are mixed continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of intensified drying.
◎The material is in a vacuum state. The water (solvent) on the surface of the material is saturated and evaporated when the vapor pressure drops. It is discharged and recovered by the vacuum pump in time. The water (solvent) in the material continuously permeates, evaporates and discharges to the surface. The material can be dried in a very short time.
Performance characteristics
◎When oil is heated, automatic constant temperature control is adopted. Biochemical products can be dried.
◎And mineral raw materials, the temperature can be in20～160oC between.
◎The heat efficiency is higher than that of ordinary oven by more than two times.
◎Indirect heating. Material will not be polluted and meets the requirements of GMP. Equipment maintenance is easy to operate and clean.
◎Recommended process placement demonstration solvent recovery process placement.
Material adaptation
It is suitable for concentrating, mixing, drying of powdery, granular and fibre materials (such as biochemical products) in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. It is also suitable for drying of materials which are easy to oxidize, volatile, heat sensitive, strong stimulation, toxic and not allowed to destroy crystals.
