Working principle:
The machine is designed as a double conical tank, one end is a filter plate, the other end is a leaching and discharge outlet. Steam or hot water can be introduced into the jacket to heat the inner tank. The tank body is placed on both sides of the rack through the main shaft. One end of the spindle is the interface of steam and condensate water, and the other end is the vacuum outlet. Through the vacuum pump or vacuum system, the vacuum state in the tank can be achieved, and the water vapor evaporated during the drying process can be pumped out. The motor and speed reducer are also placed in the rack, driving the tank body forward and backward through gear transmission, so that the material is constantly up and down, inside and outside the turn. In the washing process, the material can be fully and evenly mixed, and the washing process can be completely completed. In the process of drying, the heating surface can be changed continuously, so that the material can be heated evenly and the goal of balanced drying can be achieved.
Main features:
●The integrated design simplifies the process, reduces the wastage and improves the product yield.
●Each sealing point is double sealed. The sealing material is silicone rubber or fluorine rubber.
●The filter material is filter cloth, stainless steel wire mesh sintered or powder sintered plate, and metal sintered plate. It can be selected from 3um to 50um according to user's needs. The dead corner margin of filter cloth is 25 mm on one side.
●The chassis is removable, and the upper and lower flanges are clamped with quick-loading bolts to achieve sealing effect. The chassis is dismantled or landed in a cylinder and pulled out in a wheeled cart to clean the filter plate.
●The tank body can be reversed and the rotational speed can be adjusted arbitrarily between 1-10 RPM by frequency converter. Main rotation includes automatic brake device.
●Set in place cleaning, in place sampling, steam disinfection. Prevent product pollution, more suitable for "GMP" requirements.
●Operating in a closed state, the product is leak-free and suitable for materials with strong irritating odor and toxicity.
●It is especially suitable for the drying of thermosensitive materials and oxidizable materials, as well as for materials containing solvents, and can recover solvents.
●The equipment has compact structure, small floor area and simple operation.
●The loading capacity is large, and the loading coefficient can reach 30%-40%.
Operational characteristics:
●Filtration stage: separation of product and mother liquor (vacuum suction). The thickness of filter cake can reach 200-500 mm.
●Washing stage: further purification of filter cake, cleaning and pre-dehydration of residual mother liquor. The filter cake and the lotion are mixed by double cone rotation, and then slurry is formed.
●The suspension cake is fully washed.
●Drying stage: After the filter cake is dehydrated, the filter cake is loosened by rotation. At the same time, the inner wall of the jacket is heated by steam, and the filter cake is heated by heat conduction. The moisture evaporates rapidly to achieve the drying effect. The evaporation rate is accelerated by means of vacuum pumping in the equipment. The drying of materials can be accelerated and the drying effect can be improved by adding the treated hot nitrogen and other media to remove the wet evaporation.
Note: Adding a stirring device to the equipment can complete the crystallization process under certain conditions and truly achieve integrated operation. In the washing stage, the cake and the washing liquid can be mixed more easily and cleaned more fully.
