Product Overview:
GLZ series screw belt vacuum dryer is a new generation of vacuum drying mixing equipment developed by our factory to digest and absorb similar products from abroad. The equipment is a combination of drying, crushing, vacuum decompression and mixing. It consists of motor, reducer, frame, mechanical seal, filter, screw belt mixer, conical cylinder with jacket heating and discharging valve, which can realize the whole process. For closed continuous operation, its drying efficiency is 3 to 5 times as high as that of SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer. It is mainly used for powder drying in pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticide, food and other industries.
Working principle:
The main body of the equipment is standing upright, and the spiral belt heated inside is stirred and lifted circularly. When the material enters the drying chamber, it is heated by the contact of jacket and stirring spiral belt. The material is stirred orderly by the spiral belt, reversed, lifted and fallen, so that the material is continuously contacted with the wall of the heating chamber for forced heat exchange, and the heated and volatilized solvent is pumped out in a vacuum state. For the purpose of rapid drying.
Equipment features:

5、The chamber and the agitator have heating runners, and the agitator has orderly and uniform heat exchange with animal materials, so the heating area is large.
6、During the drying process, the material does not hang on the wall or agglomerate.
7、The smoothness of the contact area with the material: Ra < 0.4um (surface passivation or electropolishing).
8、Set up on-line sampler.
