Project Overview:
Silicon carbide (SiC) is using quartz sand and petroleum coke (or coal), wood chips as raw material through high temperature resistance furnace smelting and. Silicon carbide also rare minerals in nature, Mo sangshi. Silicon carbide is also known as carbon silica. Of the non oxide high technology refractory materials such as C, N and B, silicon carbide is the most widely used and most economical kind of refractory. It can be called gold steel sand or refractory sand. At present, the silicon carbide produced in China is divided into two types: black silicon carbide and green silicon carbide, all of which are six party crystals, the proportion is 3.20 to 3.25, and the microhardness is 2840 to 3320kg/mm2.
Equipment Overview:
Dry production line silicon carbide is a new type of high efficient flow of our company to overcome the static drying of low efficiency and high consumption and to develop the drying equipment. In the design process, we fully combine the characteristics of flow drying such as air drying and so on, so that we can make good use of the advantages and avoid disadvantages, so that the whole machine has reasonable process structure and excellent performance, and achieve the goal of low consumption and high efficiency in fluidized drying.
The machine has a wide range of applications. It can be used for drying silicon carbide, black silicon carbide, green carbon silicon, black carbon silicon powder, green silicon carbide powder, foam ceramic, silicon carbide and refractory silicon carbide. The equipment has high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small area, simple configuration and convenient operation control.
Working principle:
Hot air from the air inlet to the appropriate spouting velocity from the dryer bottom into the drying chamber for mixing and crushing, shearing, strong material blowing floating and rotating effect, so the material by centrifugal, shear, collision, friction and the particle, strengthen the heat and mass transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger wet particle group is crushed under the action of the stirrer, the moisture content is low, while small granules by rotating airflow drying up, further increase in the course of, because of gas solid flow in rotating inertia of solid phase is more than that of gas, solid and gas relative velocity between two phases is larger, the effect of heat transfer enhancement of the two phases, so the drying of high strength.
