Product Overview:
The DLB series multifunctional granulating coating machine is a new solid preparation multifunctional equipment which combines spray drying granulation technology with fluidized bed, spouted fluidized bed technology and rotary granulation technology. It is mainly suitable for pelleting, pelleting and coating in Chinese, Western medicine, food and chemical industries. For example, granules before tablet pressing, hard capsule granules, Chinese and Western medicine granules and solid beverages (solid instant granules) in beverages are especially suitable for sustained-release capsules and granules.
The prepared particles are porous instant-soluble particles. It can be a compact ball (pill) particle with very high true sphericity. The equipment has good sealing, smooth, no dead angle and easy operation. The whole process can be operated by a single machine. The granulation, pelleting and coating are completed in the same closed negative pressure vessel.
Scope of application:
•Mixing: For fluidizable materials, such as powder, particles, pellets, etc. can be uniformly mixed in this equipment. Because of the three-dimensional movement of air (horizontal, ray and tangent direction), the mixing effect is very superior.
•Granulation: Spraying binder to powder material can produce products of various particle ranges.
•Coating: A very effective material bed spraying system, and the use of a new three-layer structure nozzle for powder, particles or pellets as film coating.
•Hot-melt coating: Hot-melt materials, such as hot wax powder, particles and pellets, can be used as film coating.
•Spray drying: spray the suspension onto the powder.
•Cooling: Cooling the product by fluidizing and boiling the material with dry cold air.
