一、Overview:

      WFS series crusher is a newly designed new product. It combines the advantages of micro-crusher, high efficiency crusher and universal crusher. It has a novel Chinese herbal crusher with compact internal structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, low loading, low energy consumption, high efficiency and beautiful appearance. It is an ideal new product for Chinese herbal crushing.

二、Structure and working principle:

1、The main structure of WFS series crusher is composed of crushing system, sorting system, dust collection and air induction system. The main driving device consists of crushing box, feeding hopper, moving knife and gear ring grading and screening. The material collection is composed of pipeline, cyclone separator, closing barrel or closing fan. The dust collection includes cloth bag, suction fan, etc.

2、Working Principle: There are multi-tooth blades in the crushing chamber and inverse toothed ring in the outer ring corresponding to the power. When the material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and the lower outlet, it runs at a high speed under the action of the driving source. The material is sheared and impacted in the fixed knife to achieve the purpose of long fiber crushing. In the rear of the crushing chamber is the screening part. The material in the crushing chamber moves to the screening screen due to the action of the induced draft fan during the crushing process. Fine material can pass through the screen with the air flow, and coarse material can be classified and driven back to the crushing chamber for re-crushing.

      After sieving, the material is collected through the pipeline after entering the cyclone separation, and the dust is filtered into the cloth bag for the second collection.
