Product Overview
The compound motion of material in the cone is caused by the rotation of the helix. There are four main forms of motion:
1. The spiral rotates along the wall, making the material move in a circle along the cone wall.
2. The spiral rotation causes the material from the bottom of the cone to rise along the spiral.
3. A part of the material is absorbed into the helical cylindrical surface by the combined motion of the helical revolution and the centrifugal force of the helical rotation, which causes the part of the material in the helical cylindrical surface to discharge radially to the cone.
4. The rising material falls under its own gravity. Four kinds of motion produce convection, shear and diffusion in the mixer, so as to achieve the goal of rapid and uniform mixing.
