Working principle
Powder materials and adhesives are fully mixed into wet soft materials by bottom mixing slurry in cylindrical container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by side high-speed grinding paddle.
Performance characteristics
◎The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure with reasonable structure.
◎Air-filled sealed drive shaft can be switched to water when cleaning.
◎Fluidized granulation is spherical and has good fluidity.
◎Compared with the traditional process, the adhesive is reduced by 25% and the drying time is shortened.
◎Dry mixing for 2 minutes per batch and granulation for 1-4 minutes can increase the work efficiency by 4-5 times compared with the traditional process.
◎In the same closed container, dry mixing - wet mixing - granulation can shorten the process.
◎The whole operation has strict safety protection measures.
◎It can be made into jacket type according to user's requirement.
